- Payment: Payment is due and will be determined at arrival, unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle
- Refunds: We stand behind the quality of our work, and if you are not completely satisfied with our services, we will work with you to address any issues and make things right. Refunds are not accepted however we will work extra to ensure you are satisfied.
- Cancellations: Clients may cancel service at any time before our arrival on site, if you choose to cancel upon arrival a $10 gas fee will be required.
- Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our clients and their property, we are not responsible for any damage or injury that may occur as a result of our services. Clients are responsible for providing a safe working environment and notifying us of any hazards or potential hazards on their property.
- Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law. We may use your contact information to send you occasional promotional offers or newsletters, which you may opt out of at any time.
- Changes: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
- Payments are required to be paid with in one week of the date of services, unless something else is arranged on paper.
